A man from Surrey has been charged in connection with the death of a woman at a West Kelowna hotel.
Police arrived at a hotel in the 3400 block of Carrington Road in West Kelowna on Sunday, July 22 after being notified that a woman might need help.
The police found a dead woman inside a hotel room and arrested a man near the hotel -- taking him into custody.
Tejwant Danjou, 69, has been charged with second degree murder in connection with the woman's death.
The man and woman were known to each other and were from Surrey, B.C.
