Friday nights are sizzling this summer thanks to a new weekly pop-up event starring a line-up of totally vegan grilled cheese sandwiches at a popular New West coffee shop.

Head to Old Crow Coffee Co. Fridays this summer from 6 to 9 pm to find their "Cheezy Fri-yays" pop-up. The cafe and event space started the event on July 20, and it will run through August 24.
On the menu: Purely plant-based sammies, with a side of pickles (of course).

Last week's debut menu showcases a trio of sandwiches priced at $9-10. This week it looks like they're teasing the inclusion of a grilled cheese that has vegan spaghetti and "meat"balls pressed in it.
