You can get an ice cream sundae for your dog this summer in Vancouver

There's one treat shop that has a little something sweet for all the good boys and girls of the canine kind available this summer in Vancouver. During their popular Ice Cream Socials, Beta5 has started offering "Pooch Scoops," aka ice cream sundaes for dogs.

While you can't take your pup to a B.C. brewery tasting room, there's one treat shop that has a little something sweet for all the good boys and girls of the canine kind available this summer in Vancouver.

During their popular Ice Cream Socials, Beta5 has started offering "Pooch Scoops," aka ice cream sundaes for dogs. The artisan treat shop reached out to us over the weekend with the delicious details.

The Pooch Scoop is a scoop of peanut butter and banana frozen yogurt, with a healthy drizzle of peanut butter and topped with a house-made dog treat. It's $4 and you can get it on Saturdays and Sundays between 1 and 5 pm at Beta5's retail space. They debuted the treat this weekend and will have it through the Labour Day holiday weekend.

For the humans, check out their weekly special sundaes, cream puffs, and ice cream sandwiches, along with their always-awesome array of inspired chocolate bars and truffles.

If you haven't been to Beta5's spot near Science World, take note, it's in an industrial area and after you make your purchase you consume your treats in the parking lot or you can take wherever you're headed next, so it's not a restaurant space or patio that will be where the dogs are enjoying their cool treats.

Check out a few more 'grams of some pups trying out this new treat:
