The week after Labour Day always brings a flurry of new listings as it’s back to business for the real estate market. Despite last month’s sales being sluggish even for August, this week was no exception.

The highest-priced new listing this week in the Lower Mainland (and likely in all of B.C.) is this beauty of a West Vancouver house, which was listed September 5 for $16,888,000.
