This luxury Vancouver activewear brand is giving away 1,000 free pairs of leggings

In Vancouver, women and leggings are as perfect a pairing as avocado and toast. After six years of making men's luxury activewear, Strongbody Apparel is launching a women's line, and, let's be real: It's all about the leggings.

Strongbody's founder and CEO happens to be a woman, too. Meghan Conyers started her line of sleek and minimalist activewear in 2012 with $5000 and a dream. Now she's running a million-dollar brand, with her goods sold in over 50 Equinox locations, as well as luxury hotels, specialty boutiques, and fitness facilities.

Oh, and did we mention the clothing is made here in Vancouver? That's pretty awesome.

Conyers is about empowering women, and she's on a mission to get the ladies to "step into their power," according to a Strongbody rep.

Let's talk leggings, though. Because to kick off the women's line, Strongbody is giving away the first 1,000 pairs for free (plus the cost of shipping).

Here's how Strongbody describes the leggings: "The leggings are the same premium quality as the rest of the brand and  made in their Vancouver, Canada factory. They feature a 90's inspired logo waistband and sheer-proof fabric."

We're told they're going for a different vibe from that other big Vancouver company known for their yoga gear, and after the launch promo is over, they'll retail for $88 a pair.
