This 2-minute video explains Vancouver’s random election ballot


This election, Vancouver voters will be faced with a daunting ballot listing 158 candidates running for mayor, council, school board and park board.

Even more daunting, those names will be listed in a random order rather than alphabetically.

This quick video explains why and how this happened.

The election is October 20.
