BC Liquor Stores across Metro Vancouver are taking part in the annual Premium Spirits Release on Saturday, November 3.

The annual event allows guests to claim some of the rarest whiskies of the year. Some of the smooth offerings will hail from Canadian hotspots, but the event features  famous offerings from all around the world. For example, the release features sought-after whiskies from Japan, Italy, England and India, as well as famous bourbons from Kentucky.

"A collection of remarkable single casks, that were exclusively chosen for BC Liquor Stores, adds excitement to the Spirit release," states a BC Liquor Stores release.

"These single casks were chosen for their exceptional quality and offer consumers a chance to have a truly unique product that will never be seen again. The release features extremely old and rare whiskies, like the Bowmore 50-Year-Old 1966 Edition, Glen Grant 50-Year-Old and the Highland Park 40-Year-Old."

The event takes place at all participating stores throughout the Lower Mainland.
