With a whimsical and captivating score by Tchaikovsky, the masterpiece portrays the transformation of a prince into a Nutcracker. Along the way, the audience is privy to a litany of enchanting roles, such as the Sugar Plum Fairy, some evil mice, snowflakes, an owl and many other curious characters.
