This week on our podcast we sat down with Shelley Bolton from East Van Roasters. They're a social enterprise operated by theĀ PHS Community Services Society and not only do they produce incredible, "bean to bar" chocolate but they also employ women who live in the DTES and face various barriers to employment.

Shelley tells us how their chocolate is made and reveals a lot more about chocolate in general, and she gets into the importance of their work as well.

Also in this episode we talk about the Chinatown Otter, and our new online store which you should CHECK OUT.
