It turned out not to be a happy meal. The driver, who was pulled over at a downtown roadblock, was so impaired he could not provide a breath sample, says a tweet from VicPD Traffic.

On Thursday, Victoria police caught two impaired drivers, both involved in collisions. One driver, whose blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit, hit a pedestrian. Luckily, the pedestrian only received minor injuries, police said.

On Saturday, two more impaired drivers were picked up in a downtown roadblock.
