There's a bar serving boozy bubble tea popping up for one night only

This ticketed evening of inventive drinks will feature boozy riffs on classic bubble tea flavours like Taro, Milk Tea, Matcha, and Passion Fruit, alongside other speciality and festive cocktails.

Bubble tea is huge in Vancouver. The Taiwanese tea-based drinks, dotted with tapioca pearls and other kinds of jellies come in all imaginable flavours, from fruity and herbal to milky and icy. So why not take it to the next level and "spike" your bubble tea with some booze?

Spiked Boba ("boba" is a term popular in places like California for bubble tea) is a one-night 19+ pop-up bar event taking place this month in Vancouver.

Organized by The Pop-Up Bar Vancouver, the ticketed evening of inventive drinks will feature boozy riffs on classic bubble tea flavours like Taro, Milk Tea, Matcha, and Passion Fruit, alongside other speciality and festive cocktails.
