Vancouver Police report that a man has allegedly flashed a teenage girl in Vancouver's Shaughnessy neighbourhood.

The incident was reported to Vancouver Police at approximately 3:30 pm on Tuesday, February 19, when a black coloured Mercedes SUV pulled alongside the girl near West 33rd Avenue and Marguerite Street.

Following this, the driver allegedly rolled down the front passenger window so the teenager could see his exposed genitals before driving away south bound on Marguerite.

Vancouver Is Awesome spoke to Sergeant Jason Robillard, Media Relations Officer, Vancouver Police Department who explained what happened followed this.

"Officers met with the complainant minutes later while additional resources patrolled the area," he said.

"The suspect was not located and there is no suspect description available to share at this time. The investigation is ongoing."
