The Metro Vancouver weather forecast calls for snow tomorrow, and a number of locals are dreaming of a warm getaway.

With that in mind, not all warm destinations are affordable - since so many people like to travel during the winter, travel can be rather costly.

Luckily, WestJet is offering a flight from Vancouver to Orlando at a steal. The round-trip journey departs at the beginning of March, and allows a week in the balmy paradise. The outbound flight departs on Monday, March 3 at 10:35 pm and returns on Monday, March 11 at 12:45 pm.

The total round-trip costs comes to $318.67 CAD including tax and fees.

Walt Disney Disney World and Orlando

While the theme park is the main attraction, Orlando is also home to a litany of other fun attractions, entertainment, dining, shopping, and more. Further, the weather is quite toasty throughout the year, which makes it the ideal escape from raincouver.

Tip: If you’re looking to visit the park, ensure that you reserve a hotel on the park grounds. Otherwise, you’ll have an extremely difficult time seeing everything – it is enormous. Also, make sure that you book it ahead of time as the happiest place on earth is extremely busy the whole year round.
