While the Vancouver weather forecast called for a chance of snow on Wednesday night, the week ahead looks sunny and clear.

Environment Canada notes that Thursday, February 28 could see some flurries or rain showers during the day. However, the forecast calls for partly cloudy skies and a low of one degree overnight.

Following this, the forecast calls bright, sunny skies on Friday with a high of seven degrees. What's more, the sunshine is expected to carry on through the weekend and into the following week. In fact, every day is expected to be sunny except for Monday, which calls for a mix of sun and cloud.

Although daytime temperatures aren't expected to drop very low, the forecast calls for frigid overnight lows of minus four and minus five on Sunday and Monday resepctively.
