Spring break is right around the corner and many Vancouverites are looking for a cheap last minute deal somewhere fun.

With that being said, spring break is one of the most expensive times of year to travel. In addition, a great deal of options are already booked up, or cost exponentially more than they would otherwise.

Luckily, Princess Cruises offers an incredible three night Pacific Coastal Cruise from Los Angeles at a steal. The ship is the five-star Emerald Princess, which offers freshwater pools, golf, renowned spa treatments, movies under the stars, tennis and much more.

The cruise departs on Tuesday, March 26 from Los Angeles and sails up the Pacific Coast. Wednesday and Thursday are spent at sea, and the ship disembarks in Vancouver on Friday, March 29 in the morning.

The interior staterooms are already sold out for this sailing, however, there are fantastic deals on luxurious staterooms. For example, a balcony stateroom for two is selling for as low as $638.34 CAD including all taxes and fees. In other words, the total cost per person works out to $317.19 CAD including all taxes and fees. A couple of months ago an interior stateroom was selling for more than this.

Not only does that cost include your transportation on a beautiful 5 star vessel, but it also includes meals, entertainment, snacks, and lodging. The only thing it doesn’t factor in is alcohol, but you may opt to purchase a drink package that can reduce the cost of your spending.

Los Angeles Cruise

Guests may opt to spend some time in Los Angeles before their cruise and enjoy some of the attractions as well as the vibrant nightlife, decadent eateries, trendy shops, and much more. From the Hollywood Hills to beautiful, sandy beaches, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Los Angeles is best enjoyed by car, and therefore it is a good idea to rent one while staying in the city. What’s more, it is important to chose a hotel or alternative accommodation in advance. Many of these places fill up well before travel, and you’ll want to chose an area that is suitable to the type of experience you wish to enjoy.
