This company in Vancouver allows you to co-own 5 epic vacation homes

Currently, around 550 families have joined 21-5 in Europe - each in their own owner association consisting of 21 families, co-owning 5 vacation homes.

Why own one amazing vacation home, when you can have five?

That's the central concept behind 21-5, a Danish company that offers unique vacation home co-ownership around the world, and has opened their first North American office in Vancouver.

Not only does the company allow families to co-own five high-end vacation homes in vibrant cities, but it also finds, purchases, renovates, furnishes, decorates and manages these homes, too.
Vancouver Is Awesome spoke to Peter Anderson, Vice President, 21-5 North America West, who explained how the company operates.
"21-5 assembles 21 Canadian families (predominantly from Vancouver as this is where we are) and on their behalf we find, buy, renovate, furnish and manage 5 vacation homes around the world. In other words, 21-5 does not own any of the properties, they are co-owned by Canadian families; 21 families co-owning and sharing 5 properties," he described.
"Our first Canadian owner association will have the 5 vacation homes in Hawaii, Whistler, New York, Palm Springs and New York. These locations because we want the families to enjoy almost any type of vacation and locations from their homes, be it beach, skiing, shopping, golf, wine, theatre, dining, etc."
