Epic meat and beer fest Brewery & The Beast reveals 2019 lineup

Time to fire up the grills and tap those kegs: The epic meat and beer fest called Brewery & the Beast will give carnivores and craft brews fans their fill once again this summer, when the day-long feast hits Vancouver.

Taking place outside at the Concord Pacific lot near False Creek on Sunday, July 28, 2019, Brewery & the Beast brings together some of the city’s finest meat slingers, cooking up eats in all sorts of styles. Expect to sample everything from barbecue, sous-vide, to smoked, grilled, and slow-cooked, prepared by top chefs from Metro Vancouver and Whistler.

“Although we’ve historically been a meat-forward festival and this will continue to be our focus, we’ve integrated new partnerships this year to ensure seafood and local produce are also highlighted,” said Scott Gurney, Founder of Brewery & The Beast. “Guests will notice a few more proteins sourced from the Salish Sea, as well as fresh fruits and a few interesting vegetable focused dishes.”

Also unique to this year, The Phillips Brewing Company will be highlighting the adventurous side of beer with a satellite pouring station where two new craft beers, developed exclusively for Brewery & The Beast Vancouver, will be showcased.
