**UPDATE: The medical emergency has been cleared and regular service is resuming.**

TransLink has announced that a medical emergency on the Expo Line has shut down service at Stadium-Chinatown Station.

As a result of the disruption, all customers moving in either direction must transfer trains at Main Street-Science World Station. No trains are stopping at Stadium-Chinatown Station and the station house is closed. As such, customers traveling through downtown Vancouver should expect delays.

A bus bridge is being set up between Main Street-Science World and Waterfront Stations to manage extra customer volume due to the service disruption. Millennium and Canada Lines are unaffected, and are running normally.

Additional security and Transit Police are at the stations to ensure passenger safety and crowd control. Riders seeking alternative routes to SkyTrain are encouraged to consult TransLink's Trip Planner online, and select "Don't Use SkyTrain" under advanced search settings, or contact the customer information desk (604-953-3333) for trip planning advice.
