Fatal stabbing under investigation after body found in South Surrey parking lot

Authorities are on scene in South Surrey after a body was discovered in the parking lot of the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team, IHIT, has been called and will be working in partnership with the Surrey RCMP.

Surrey RCMP discovered a man suffering from stab wounds just after 3 a.m. in the 1700-block of 152nd Street in South Surrey.

RCMP tell Castanet the man succumbed to his injuries on the scene and police believe this is not a random act.
