Vancouver Police Department media relations officer Const. Steve Addison says police were called to the collision, at the intersection of Yukon Street and West 5th Avenue, at around 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.
He said the cyclist had been taken to hospital. Const. Addison said police were still looking into the incident and could not provide further information at this stage.
