A 77-year-old Port Moody resident is the winner of this year’s PNE Prize Home.
The ticket purchased by Albert Prendergast was pulled Monday night, a week after the conclusion of the 2019 Fair.
The $2-million, 3,159 sq. ft. home — of which 668,000 tickets were sold to guests at the exhibition as well as online and by phone — will be located in Kelowna.
It includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is described as “Net Zero Ready” — that is, it’s able to produce as much energy as it consumes.
