If you enjoy giant waterslides, delicious food, obstacle courses, and goofing around with your pals, then you'll likely enjoy the 5K Foam Fest.

Not only does the family-friendly course have over 22 obstacles, but it also offers a whopping 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Participants can also enjoy sliding down the world's largest inflatable waterslide, as well as trudging through mud pits.

Organizers note that the course is designed to be fun, and completed at your own pace. Obstacles may be skipped, the course is appropriate for beginners and expert runners alike. In other words, participants may walk, run, charge, roll, or even crawl their way to foamy victory - whichever feels right.

Guests may also listen to live music, shop local vendors, snack on delectable food, and sip on a refreshing brew in the beer garden. There's even a kid zone for children under seven years old.

The fun takes place in May 2020, but tickets have gone on sale now. The current price is $42 (before taxes and fees). However, the price will jump up to $85 on Oct. 18 (or after the first 500 tickets sell). So, if you are thinking of joining the fun next year, now is the time to book.

For those who just want to check out the event and enjoy some food, spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors, and beer garden.
