Vancouver's Pallet Coffee has expanded in a big way. The five-year-old local coffee roaster and café chain has just opened the doors to their brand new Railtown roastery and coffee shop.

Located at 395 Alexander Street, Pallet's new HQ will now shift roasting operations to this massive Settlement Building spot and away from their original Semlin Drive location in East Vancouver.

"Pallet HQ is set to become our new and expanded roasting facilities, full service cafe and kitchen and most importantly, a training, events and sharing space for all things coffee," explained Pallet at the start of 2019.

Pallet launched on Semlin in 2014, and have since evolved to boast additional locations on West Broadway in Kitsilano, on Oak Street near VGH, as well as cafes on Kingsway and Howe.

Their new Railtown facility's cafe is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday, and offers light bites in addition to their line up of freshly roasted and brewed coffees.
