The Don Cherry saga continues.

On Saturday we shared Ron MacLean's first appearance on Hockey Night in Canada after Don Cherry's firing. He discussed what happened in length.

Prior to that was Cherry's original rant, him saying he was not going to apologize, the Canadian Broadcasting Standards Council being overwhelmed with complaints, his ultimate firing from his position as a commentator on Sportsnet's Hockey Night in Canada, and Bobby Orr coming in and defending his buddy.

Today the Toronto Sun is reporting that Cherry's voice will be coming back to the airwaves as early as tomorrow. The digital airwaves, that is.

He's apparently launching a weekly podcast called The Grapevine, with the first episode to hit Spotify on Tuesday.

Cherry told Joe Warmington of the Sun that the first episode is a half an hour long and will address his firing. In it he'll also talk about Maurice "The Rocket" Richard.

Cherry's son Tim and his grandson Del will be joining him to help, and the idea is to release one episode each Monday during the hockey season.
