Kelowna-based Render Digital Media Ltd. is looking for applicants for an upcoming television series.

"The show focuses on allowing persons with disabilities the chance to fulfil a lifelong, outdoor dream that was previously unattainable to them through a team of innovative adapters. Rather than altering their surroundings though, the series alters the participant's approach instead," explains a news release.

Participants have the opportunity to share their stories on a national platform and embark on an adventure surrounded by peers "from across the disability community."

Producers are looking for "dynamic and engaging participants who have a disability of some sort, regardless of what that may be, along with a desire to serve as a catalyst for positive change on a large scale."

"Hosts of the show know themselves what it’s like to have their entire life change in an instant, as they themselves have experienced it. They will be the ones guiding participants through the sharing of their own story, and then embarking with them on the planning and execution of a truly unique adventure," the release continues.

"Thoughtfully and strategically planned adventures will inspire the participant, challenge them, restore their sense of freedom, and remind them of who they are and all they can be."
