A group of Burnaby homes are without power this morning after a vehicle took out the power lines.
A photo on Reddit by Scotchhappy shows a waste disposal truck tangled up in some power lines. According to a power outage map from BC Hydro, homes without power at just east of Boundary Road at Kitchener Street. (Scroll through the images above for a BC hydro map.)
No word yet on when the power will be restored. BC Hydro says a crew is on its way, but the estimated time of arrival isn't listed until 11:30 a.m.
