A man is in hospital fighting for his life following a home invasion in the Quinson neighbourhood on Monday night.
Shortly after 8 p.m. Prince George RCMP were called to the home 300 block of Nicholson Street South - about a half block north of Fifth Avenue - where they found the man inside the home suffering from life-threatening injuries. Police said a woman was also found with severe but not potentially fatal injuries and also taken to hospital.
The detachment's serious crimes unit has taken over the investigation and are asking anyone who may have surveillance or dash came footage from the neighbourhood between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to contact the RCMP at 250-561-3300.
