Remember artist Douglas Coupland's V-POLE CONCEPT that was unveiled a couple of years back? Well, the Vancouver Park Board has come a little close to realizing it by passing a motion to develop a plan that will bring free Wi-Fi in Vancouver parks and at our beaches! Not exactly a V-Pole, but this cell tower could be an option for getting Wi-Fi out to the Vancouver parks-going masses.
