One of the signature items of the recently opened Chinatown micro gallery, Department of WOW, are these exquisite, hand-crafted heart pendants by co-owner Taryn OGorman (the O in WOW).
No two in the series are the same and the sterling silver pieces are simply priced by weight.
Full hearts range from $165 to $210 and half hearts from $85 to $110. Chains are sold separately, ($20 to $39).
Peek around the gallery also reveals large-scale screen prints of iconic mid-century forms and structured garments made with tactile fabrics and bold colours, but we have our heart set on O'Gorman's "labours of love."
