After the great success of the Sunday Morning at the Marine event last March, Vancouver Heritage Foundation is very excited to continue the history meets local food theme, with a brand new event that celebrates Vancouvers warehouse history, with our love of craft beer.

Partnering with Yaletown Brewing Company, VHF is presenting Savouring Heritage at the Yaletown Brewpub on June 12, 5:30 7:30pm.

The night begins with a walking tour led by John Atkin of pre-1980s Yaletown, before Expo 86 and the reinvention of Yaletown, concluding with a talk about the 1910 brick and stick warehouse Yaletown Brewery now calls home. After the talk Head Brewer Iain Hill will lead a tasting of local craft beers, served with delicious house-made snacks such as bacon kettle corn and bratwurst on a stick.

Tickets $35: VancouverHeritageFoundation.org.
