Don’t let our headline confuse you. You can drink 30 days worth of IPA any time. You can drink one per day for 30 days. Or you can drink 30 all at once (not recommended). You can drink them all alone in your apartment, if that’s your kick – because, let’s be serious, that’s easier than actually facing the world.
But, if you want to take part in something cultural, rather than sitting in a sad and sweaty apartment by your lonesome in your underwear, try this out: Donnelly Group is launching their Second Annual 30 Days of IPA on August 1.
What does this mean? Well, each day in August, a new keg of IPA will be tapped at a different Donnelly establishment. This offers beer fans the opportunity to sample India Pale Ales that might otherwise be hard to find on tap. Some of the local brews to be featured are Tree Brewing’s Pumpkin IPA, Big River’s 8 Bit and Howe Sound’s Total Eclipse of the Hop.
The event kicks off at The Three Brits on Aug. 1 at 11:30am, which might seem early if you’ve never been in a room with three actual Brits. Here’s the full schedule:
