If you have only precious minutes at lunchtime, The Side Door at The Flying Pig is now open at the Gastown location (102 Water). Here, the same goodness found at the restaurant is available for take out, from feature sandwiches ($7) and three-pea soup ($4) to quinoa salad a la grecque ($10) and hand-carved ham and Swiss samba ($7). No long waits here, but well-worth it just the same.
