Where does he find the energy? Angus An has a new venture to add to his Kitsilano restaurant, Maenam, and his cooking travels to New York, where hes executive chef/consultant at Kittichai. In May, hell be launching Longtail Kitchen at the River Market in New Westminster. Getting its name from Thai water taxis, Longtail will feature seaside Thai street food as well as a retail shop offering his signature curry sauces, spices, cookbooks and cookware. Every two weeks, Kale & Nori teams up with Legacy Liquor Store for a food and cocktail pairing competition dedicated to pushing the boundaries of cocktail craft.
