This Canada Day, Executive Chef Ned Bell of Yew Seafood + Bar will set off on a cross-country bike tour in support of sustainable seafood and healthy rivers, lakes and oceans. Bell will start in St. John’s Newfoundland and pedal between 140 and 200 km each day.
