The owner of the esteemed Il Palazzone Winery, Richard Parsons, will host at a special Il Palazzone wine dinner at CinCin on Oct. 24. Executive chef Andrew Richardson will be pairing his contemporary Italian cuisine with four vintages of Il Palazzone Brunello di Montalcino Reserva wines from 2006, 2004, 2001 and 1999 vintages. Adamis single vineyard Proseccor and Il Palazzones Grappa will serve as bookends for the evening. Half the proceeds will be donated to the Stand Tall Education Network, which assists childrens education in Uganda.
