So you think you know your wines. Are you ready to put it to the test? As part of the Vancouver Playhouse Wine Festival, the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is hosting the Blind Tasting Challenge. Its open to three categories: hospitality professionals; chefs and cooks; and consumers. The Feb. 29 event is sponsored by the Mark Anthony Group. The registration fee is $30. Call 604-873-3311.
