Harvest Haus the place to get über g'suffa

Grab your lederhosen (or dirndl, if you prefer), fill a stein, and get in touch with your Teutonic side at the first annual Harvest Haus Oktoberfest celebration under the tents this weekend at Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza.

Getting blitzed Bavarian style is the order of the day, but it's not just about the beer. There's wine too!

Of course, there's also a delicious array of rustic german fare to soak up all that lovely Munich märzen.

Never been to a proper Oktoberfest celebration before? It's kind of like crashing a wedding (with a really casual dress code), except everyone is actually happy you're there. Expect a conga line, slurred German singing, and a hangover.

The party started Thursday night, and the taps will be flowing right through Sunday.
