Top Table Group has done some shifting of its bar talent. David Wolowidnyk, long-time keeper of the wood at West, has moved over to Cin Cin as bar manager, while Sabrine Dhaliwal will take over operations at West. Dhaliwal has already been helping to run things as Assistant Bar Manager under Wolowidnyk for several years, so the transition should be seamless.
