On Monday, Jan. 16, chefs Vikram Vij (Vij’s, Rangoli, My Shanti) and Stefan Hartmann (Bauhaus) will team up for a special evening of German and Indian cuisine at My Shanti in South Surrey. The pairing will see chef Vij returning to his European roots (he lived and worked in Germany for a time) and chef Hartmann revisiting the Indian dishes he created for Berlin’s large Indian community before moving to Vancouver.
