A light-hearted battle erupted online after the Vancouver Police Department teased Manitoba about its snowy climate by posting shots of Vancouver’s undeniably beautiful scenery.
But the RCMP in Manitoba gave as good as it got by pointing out the one pesky problem that plagues this city — affordability.
