Volunteers are still needed for the big closing blowout of Vancouver Craft Beer Week at the PNE this weekend. This year’s festival, running June 6 and 7, will have close to 120 breweries, and up to 6,000 people in attendance per day, not to mention the Stihl Timbersports lumberjack competition.
According to organizers, volunteers will receive a VCBW staff shirt, snacks, "lots of good times", and the chance to a "be a part of the team at what is now Canada’s biggest craft-only beer festival."
In addition, they will be throwing a volunteer appreciation party/BBQ later in the summer to say thank all the volunteers for their help.
In a press release, VCBW stressed how much it depends on its volunteers to make the festival happen, so head to the website to register to be a part of the team.
