NDP leader John Horgan and B.C. Green Party leader Andrew Weaver are holding a joint press conference at 2 p.m. today for a “significant announcement about the future of British Columbia's goverenment."

The NDP holds 41 seats, the Greens hold three seats and the Liberals under Christy Clark hold 43, which left Weaver holding the balance of power. Weaver has been in talks with the NDP and Liberals since last week.

Update:

Weaver said the Greens had four sessions of negotiations with the BC NDP. The term of the agreement is for four years, but the BC NDP is holding a ratification vote Tuesday.
