The last of the fall leaves are coming down and adding to the ones already on the ground and blocking street drains. City crews would like residents and businesses to take a few minutes to clear street and alley storm drains so rain water can properly drain from local streets and alleys. This will help reduce the possibility of property and street flooding and assist crews as they respond to priority situations.
