In business since 1977, owner Fortunato Bruzzese takes enormous pride in stocking his shop with only the finest prosciutto, capicola, and salami the latter of which there are at least 19 varieties. Have your choice of any two meats on one of their famous deli sandwiches, and you wont be sorry. Despite being called The Cheese Cave and being well known for their hospitality, its the meats thatll have you coming back. again and again.
