Lucky for Daphne Hardwood that she loves walking in traffic. Instead of walking on Pt. Grey Road she can easily head up to Fourth or Broadway and have all the noise and exhaust from cars she’s missing.
I have been walking and biking on Pt. Grey Road almost every day or evening since the road closure and I love it! The beautiful ocean/mountain views, little pocket parks and steps down to the beaches feel much more accessible now.
Some friends and I were thinking it would be a great venue for a street festival in the summer.
