The Terminal City Rollergirls have partnered with The Cinderella Project, and for their April 6 roller derby season opener at Kerrisdale Arena, they invite spectators to donate by purchasing VIP tickets. The Cinderella Project works to remove social and economic barriers and promote inclusiveness by providing disadvantaged high school graduates with formal attire and pampering so they can enjoy their gradu-ation festivities with pride. All proceeds from the VIP section will fund two bursaries for young women who are attending post-secondary education while staying involved in athletics. TCRG is also collecting swag for Cinderellas and CinderFellas, including prom dresses and accessories, new toiletries, and coupons for manicures and pedicures.
