The Squamish Budget Inn has sold for $4.5 million, according to Western Investor.
With a potential for commercial and residential redevelopment up to six storeys, BC Assessment values the 18,000-square-foot piece of land at $2.79 million, the publication says.
The sale took place on Oct. 26, and the lot is zoned as C4.
