WE Vancouvers office is on Burrard Street, above the Lexus dealership. At first we joked that this pair of Canada geese got so tired from their spring migration to Vancouver that they were considering a luxury car option for the trip back to warmer climes. But then it was discovered that the geese had laid five eggs at the edge of the dealerships second-storey outdoor parking garage! What were they thinking? It may seem like a safe place out of traffic to raise their young, but what will happen when the chicks start to want to explore the neighbourhood? Drivers will have to be on the lookout on West 2nd in the weeks to come...
