Things got a little buck wild during Saturday’s Blue Jays game in Seattle against the Mariners when a Vancouver resident ran across the field in the buff.

Today, the streaker, David McClearn, is due in court in Seattle.

The Seattle City Attorney’s office is charging McClearn with criminal trespassing.

Office spokesman Dan Nolte says authorities decided not to file an indecent exposure charge.

He says that charge is typically laid when an alleged sexual element is involved.

Nolte says McClearn was released on bail on Sunday.

However, once McClearn returns to Canada, the legal problems may not be over. “Since he is an Irish national, he could now be deported,” notes Hazel Mae of SportsNet in a tweet.

Apparently McClearn did not premeditate his strip-and-run; he reportedly was at the game with friends and did it on a dare for $80. It’s safe to assume his legal fees will be a wee bit more than that.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the prankster, says Global BC Sports Shanel Pratep, though he refused to shared the link. (It’s here if you are truly curious/inclined.)

You can see the streaking (from a SFW distance) in this video from a baseball fan in the stands:
