Dramatic video of a car on fire on Sea Island Way was shared on Chinese social media WeChat Tuesday night.
A red car burst into flames between Sexsmith and Garden City Roads at 8:54 p.m. on Aug. 27th.
“RCMP attended this incident, the driver noted smoke from the engine before the fire started,” said Richmond RCMP Inspector Sunny Parmar.
“Nothing criminal. Our file is now concluded,” added Parmar.
According to News 1130’s traffic twitter handle, the fire was a result of a crash, but it appears there were no injuries.
